House of Hype invites families to explore a playful Christmas universe

Dubai’s immersive playground House of Hype is transforming the festive season with a limited-run holiday takeover titled The Winter Wonderverse, bringing a surreal twist to year-end celebrations inside one of the city’s most popular attractions.

Instead of familiar winter cabins and traditional décor, the experience turns 25 interactive zones into a jumble of glowing snow, neon blizzards, mischievous elves, roaming characters, world-hopping parades, and performances that appear without warning. The attraction opens on December 13 and continues through December 28, 2025, at Fountain Views, Level One, Dubai Mall.

What awaits inside ranges from playful elf photobooths to hyper-colored lighting sequences and themed treats curated by Michelin-starred culinary talent. Visitors can also expect spontaneous shows that move across the space, drawing guests into unrehearsed interactions and photogenic moments. Cute holiday snacks, limited-edition bites, and a special surprise for anyone wearing an ugly sweater also form part of the seasonal lineup.

Early bird access is being offered ahead of launch. Tickets priced at AED 99 are available online from December 4 to 13 and reflect a 34% saving per person. General admission is listed at AED 149, while groups of four can opt for a Squad Pass at AED 449. Online bookings are available exclusively at house-of-hype.com.

The Winter Wonderverse follows House of Hype’s original “City of Dreams” concept, where visitors travel through vibrant digital worlds during a 60- to 90-minute journey. The attraction’s permanent zones include neon Tokyo streets, K-Pop-inspired stages, projection domes, Bollywood-themed areas, robotic light shows, and hidden corners filled with interactive elements.

Timings vary across the week, opening from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sunday to Thursday and extending until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The experience is geared toward families, holiday travelers, creators, and visitors seeking a non-traditional festive outing shaped by humor, fantasy, digital culture, and oversized design.
