Why AYA Universe is one of Dubai’s most talked-about attractions

AYA Universe is positioning itself as a central stop for Dubai visitors this season, drawing guests into a collection of interactive environments where light, art, and futuristic landscapes merge. Inside its 40,000-square-foot venue at Wafi City’s main atrium, travelers move through twelve themed spaces designed as surreal encounters rather than traditional exhibits.

Located on Level One in Wafi City, the attraction guides visitors through dream-inspired settings built around cosmic gardens, shifting seasons, luminous skies and installations that respond to movement. Families entering during the festive period, long weekends, or school breaks are being encouraged to explore what the creators describe as an “ancient future,” where imagination becomes the main storyline across every room.

One of the most photographed areas inside AYA is a shimmering ball-pit installation described as the largest immersive version of its kind in Dubai. Here, light and color shift in waves while visitors step into what is intended to feel like a cinematic landscape rather than a play zone. Nearby, other spaces reimagine waterfalls by sending streams upward, mirror chambers lined with moons, and interactive pools where visuals react to sound.

Guests have responded strongly since launch, reflected in a reported 4.8 rating on Google Reviews and recognition through TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice for two consecutive years. According to the venue, more than 1.4 million people have experienced the attraction so far, turning it into a year-round stop for both residents and tourists.

Several galleries have become recurring favorites. Flora introduces a six-minute sequence of visual seasons across a glowing forest. Celestia presents floating orbs that move through galaxies. The Source focuses on infinity-style pools and sound-based visuals, while Luna and Harmonia rely heavily on mirrored architecture. In another section, The Falls reverses gravity by sending water upward as guests walk through.

Visitors can enter with individual tickets priced at AED 135, while a Family Pass for four is available for AED 399. Children aged three and below, as well as People of Determination, receive complimentary access and may arrange entry directly at the front desk.

Tickets and scheduling information are available through the official website.
