A free training session in Dubai is set to guide Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) through the city’s rapidly expanding rental market, aiming to help attendees understand how to shift from renters to income-earning property owners. The event will take place at 6:00 PM on Friday, 28 November, on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road, where participants will also have access to complimentary valet parking at the rear of the building.
Organizers say the session was created in response to unprecedented activity in Dubai’s rental sector, where demand has pushed rents to record levels and vacant units are being taken up within days. The training outlines how Filipinos living and working in the UAE can participate in this momentum rather than remain on the sidelines.
The program will cover key factors driving the market’s current strength, illustrating how those trends open the door for OFWs to enter property ownership sooner than they might expect. The discussion will also include examples of Filipinos who have converted their regular salaries into steady rental income and will highlight strategies such as low-capital entry options, flexible payment schemes, and co-ownership structures.
Attendees can also expect a step-by-step guide on how to transition from being tenants to eventually becoming landlords, with the goal of equipping them with practical knowledge to pursue long-term wealth through real estate.
The training is organized by FHI Global Property and Filipino Homes, with support from Azizi Development, a major player behind several of Dubai’s master-planned communities. Limited seats are available, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
