Philippine Airlines (PAL) has opened its Year End Seat Sale, offering discounted round-trip base fares for travelers flying from Dubai to destinations across the Philippines and beyond. The promotion runs until November 30, 2025, with travel beginning January 20, 2026 for Philippine routes and November 17, 2025 onward for selected international connections.
Under the sale, round-trip economy fares from Dubai to Manila, Cebu, or Davao start at AED 1,250, while other Philippine destinations—including Puerto Princesa, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Roxas, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, and Cagayan de Oro—begin at AED 1,500. Travelers heading to Busuanga, Cotabato, General Santos, Dipolog, Legazpi, Zamboanga, and other provincial gateways may book fares from AED 1,600.
For long-haul connections via Manila, PAL is offering rates as low as AED 1,320 to Manila, Cebu, and Davao, AED 1,600 to popular tourist and provincial destinations, and AED 1,700 to Bacolod, Caticlan, and Coron. Flights to Japan begin at AED 1,890, while routes to Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka are priced from AED 1,800. Passengers flying to Australia may book from AED 2,990, and Bangkok fares start at AED 1,290.
Business Class seats are also included in the sale, with starting rates of AED 3,200 for Manila, Cebu, and Davao; AED 4,100 for other Philippine destinations; AED 7,500 for Tokyo; and AED 8,000 for Sydney and Melbourne.
According to PAL’s advisory, fares listed are base rates and do not include government taxes, fees, and surcharges. Seats are limited and subject to seasonal availability and blackout dates. Weekend outbound surcharges apply for certain Dubai and Saudi Arabia departures, and minimum stay requirements are set at two days for Economy and three days for Business Class.
Passengers must book from November 17 to 30, 2025, with Philippine travel valid from January 1, 2026 onward for the second fare table and from January 20 to June 30, 2026 for select categories.
