Actress Ellen Adarna went public on Monday with allegations that her husband, Derek Ramsay, had been unfaithful early in their relationship, releasing screenshots and videos that she claimed were “receipts” of an affair.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Adarna posted messages, images, and a video explaining why she decided to speak out. Her first post carried a sharp message: “The audacity. Wow. The Audacity era. Wow. Sad boi era. Wow. Victim. Wow. Sympathy fishing. #manchild.”
She then shared screenshots of alleged conversations between Ramsay and an unnamed woman, followed by a video where she narrated her discovery.
Adarna said the alleged cheating happened within the first two weeks of their romance. “Yeah so ‘di ba that was nine days [or] ten days into the relationship. Yes, we were not married at that time yet but if he was able to do that in our honeymoon stage, how much more three months, six months, a year? God knows, right?” she said.
She added that she was stunned when she learned about what supposedly happened in those early days. “Usually dai ‘yung babaero if they find someone and nasa honeymoon stage, makakalimutan nila yung side chicks nila… but this is nine days,” she said.
A follower later asked why she still married Ramsay if the cheating happened long before the wedding. Adarna replied that she only uncovered the information recently. “I said I found out about it three weeks ago like this month only. Okay? May nagsumbong sa akin so there,” she said.
Adarna also clarified that she would not name the woman involved, citing the advice of her lawyers. She stressed that the person was not one of Ramsay’s former partners. “She is not an ex-girlfriend. She’s, I think, a side chick… I know this girl has always been there. They’ve been friends for decades and she’s always been there,” she said.
The actress’ posts come a month after she quietly removed her married surname from her Instagram profile, fueling speculation of a separation.
As of this report, Ramsay has not issued any public response to the accusations.
