Dubai Fitness Challenge kicks off on November 1, calling everyone in the city to squeeze in at least 30 minutes of movement every day for 30 days. Beyond the headline events like Dubai Run and Dubai Ride, three Fitness Villages across the city will once again offer a full calendar of complimentary classes, sports, and training zones. Residents and tourists can join without paying a dirham.
Step 1: Register online
Anyone planning to join classes or reserve sports courts must sign up through the official booking portal at booking.dubaifitnesschallenge.com. The site lets users secure spaces in yoga, Pilates, boxing, HIIT, spinning, padel, and more. Slots are free but operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 2: Choose your Fitness Village
Participants can head to any of the three Fitness Villages operating daily throughout November:
DP World 30×30 Fitness Village, Kite Beach
Open Mondays to Fridays from 3pm to 11pm and weekends from 7am to 11pm, the Kite Beach hub carries the widest menu of workouts, including beach soccer, cricket, volleyball, basketball, boxing, obstacle courses, padel tennis, yoga, and HIIT. Courts for padel, football, basketball, cricket, and volleyball can be pre-booked. Hydration stations are on-site and an aquapark is available for a separate fee.
Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village, Zabeel Park
Running daily from 4pm to 11pm, Zabeel Park offers group classes on a main stage, zones for boxing, spinning, and gym training, plus a dedicated kids’ area. Visitors can also book cricket, basketball, and padel courts.
Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village, Al Warqa’a Park
Open from 4pm to 11pm daily, Al Warqa’a Park is ideal for families and outdoor-focused fitness fans. It features a 2.8-kilometer running and cycling track, a Cycling Hub with 75 bikes and mechanics, a running club, kids’ and ladies’ zones, and multi-sports courts for football, volleyball, basketball, and padel.
Step 3: Show up and move
Once booked, participants just need to arrive on time, check in, and join the session or use their reserved court. From mindful stretching to high-intensity sweat sessions, the challenge offers a range of activities designed to motivate both beginners and seasoned athletes.
In the spirit of making fitness accessible to everyone, the initiative emphasizes daily movement as a community effort. As organizers highlight, the goal is to “build lasting fitness habits” while encouraging people to stay active together.
