OFWs invited to free session on becoming landlords and starting Airbnb rentals in Dubai

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the UAE are being encouraged to explore new ways of building financial security through property ownership and short-term rentals. A specialized real estate training titled “Be a Dubai Landlord: Build Wealth Through Holiday Homes” will equip attendees with the tools and strategies to become successful landlords while working abroad.

The training will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the 2nd Floor, Training Room, Danube, Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Times Square Mall, Dubai.

Designed for aspiring and existing landlords, the program will offer practical insights on:

  • Step-by-step guide to becoming a landlord
  • Smart Airbnb rental strategies
  • Co-ownership opportunities
  • Legal and compliance essentials
  • Networking with landlords and aspiring landlords

Organizers said the event aims to empower OFWs and Dubai residents to turn their real estate investments into sustainable income sources, particularly through the city’s growing holiday home market.

“This training will help Filipinos understand the legal, financial, and operational aspects of running short-term rentals in Dubai,” the organizers shared, adding that it’s a valuable opportunity to learn from experts and connect with like-minded investors.
