His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has called on all citizens and residents to take part in the country’s Flag Day celebration on November 3.
In a post shared on X, Sheikh Mohammed described the annual observance as a time to “renew our pledge, renew our loyalty, and renew our love for our country’s flag, the symbol of our sovereignty, and the flag of our union.”
He invited everyone—citizens, residents, and institutions alike—to raise the UAE flag at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 3, as a powerful expression of national unity and shared pride. “May the UAE flag remain proud and fluttering high,” Sheikh Mohammed said, emphasizing that the occasion reflects the values of belonging, loyalty, and solidarity that define the nation.
