Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is celebrating two decades of service with a citywide lineup of surprises, gifts, and exclusive offers for commuters and residents.
From Metro stations to airport terminals, the RTA’s 20th anniversary festivities invite everyone in the emirate to join in through interactive challenges, limited-edition giveaways, and discount deals across multiple platforms.
Between October 22 and November 2, Dubai Tram’s regular riders have a chance to win the Entertainer UAE 2026 booklet, which includes more than 10,000 buy-one-get-one-free offers. Meanwhile, travellers arriving at Dubai International Airport from October 28 to November 1 can participate in a special photo challenge and receive welcome packs, with select entries to be featured on RTA’s official page.
Commuters passing through BurJuman, Union, and Mall of the Emirates Metro stations from November 1 to 15 can visit Emirates NBD kiosks for giveaways and to learn more about the Go4it Card.
On November 1, those taking buses from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station or Insurance Market Metro Station can visit the RTA20 booth and grab a mystery gift within 20 seconds—ranging from electronics to chocolates.
The same day will also feature giant photo frames at BurJuman Metro Station, where passengers can take digital snapshots between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., along with cheerful “Balloons and Smiles” pop-up events at several transport hubs including Onpassive, Sobha Realty, and Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre.
Moviegoers can enjoy 20% off Roxy Cinemas tickets using the promo code RTA20 from November 1–5, and shoppers will get the same discount on Noon orders during that period.
To commemorate the milestone, the RTA is also releasing limited-edition nol cards, available across all Metro stations throughout November.
