NaDerang Restaurant in Sharjah is marking its sixth anniversary this October with a special AED 6 promotion available every Monday of the month. Established in 2019, NaDerang Restaurant has become one of Sharjahâs most recognized Filipino eateries known for its authentic home-style dishes and grilled specialties. The restaurant was founded by Liberty Samonte Galang, a devoted daughter, mother, and entrepreneur who came to the UAE in 2005 at the age of 18 to help support her family. After overcoming serious health challenges, including major brain surgery, she pursued her dream of running her own food business. Guided by her faith and her favorite Bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11, Liberty continues to inspire fellow Overseas Filipino Workers to persevere and trust in Godâs plan.
Running the business alongside Liberty are her husband and head chef, Michael Angelo Galang; her sister and pastry chef, Brenda Cano Samonte; and her father, Faustino Samonte Jr., who serves as store manager. Together, they have built NaDerang into a thriving family business that embodies Filipino values of hard work, resilience, and togetherness.
NaDerangâs main branch is located on Mohd Baba Hassan, King Faisal Road, Sharjah, and operates daily from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight.
