PBB Celebrity Collab Edition returns with 2.0 this October

The successful collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA Network is back—Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 has just been announced, with its premiere set for October 2025.

The announcement, posted by GMA Network, teased fans with the words: “Collab ulit? Collab ulit!!! Eto na ang comeback ng sumakses na PBB szn! Anlapit naaa, pramis!” The post was accompanied by the now-familiar retro “collab” branding, confirming the highly awaited sequel to this year’s groundbreaking season.

The first Celebrity Collab Edition, which ran from March 9 to July 5, 2025, broke barriers in Philippine television. For the first time, Kapamilya (ABS-CBN Star Magic) and Kapuso (GMA Sparkle) artists entered Kuya’s house together as duos—each pair composed of one artist from each network. They shared fate in nominations, tasks, and evictions.

The season lasted 119 days, making it the longest celebrity edition of PBB. It was also the first to air on GMA Network, while still streaming globally through Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and The Filipino Channel (TFC).

In the end, Brent Manalo and Mika Salamanca emerged as the Big Winner Duo, while Ralph de Leon and Will Ashley finished as runners-up. The Big Night was staged at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City and followed by a fan convention, “The Big ColLOVE,” in August 2025.
