IchiRyu Ramen House hosts VIP preview in Dubai Marina, grand opening set for October 1

IchiRyu Ramen House, the award-winning Japanese restaurant known for bringing authentic ramen and the Bocchi Seki solo dining concept to the UAE, held a VIP preview of its second branch today, September 29, 2025, in Dubai Marina. The official public opening is set for October 1, 2025.

The expansion comes after a successful run of its first outlet at Wasl Port Views, where IchiRyu built a reputation for its immersive Japanese dining experience and unique interiors inspired by anime, pop culture, and traditional Japanese design.

The new branch, located at Marina First Building across Rove Dubai Marina, spans 3,000 square feet and seats up to 109 guests. Designed to capture the spirit of Kyoto, the restaurant features striking elements such as a two-meter-high busho (Japanese military commander), two kacchu (samurai armors), a 1.8-meter daruma (lucky doll), a two-feet-high hannya mask, autumn maple trees, and a torii gate modeled after Kyoto’s Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine. It also offers a private dining room for 8–10 people.

IchiRyu Marina will introduce exclusive menu items not available in its first branch, including nigiri, sashimi, tartare, and temaki, alongside its signature ramen bowls. A dessert and drinks bar has also been added, featuring iced and hot maccha lattes.

Earlier this year, IchiRyu collected four major awards in recognition of its excellence: Best Ramen Restaurant at the Arabian Best of Best Awards 2025 (a back-to-back win since 2024), Best Ramen Restaurant UAE 2025 at the International Business Magazine Awards, Best Ramen Restaurant UAE 2025 from World Business Outlook, and Excellence in Restaurant Services from The Bizz Awards in the USA.
