Altruism Eagles Club -KSA, under Saudi Arabia Eagles Eastern Region II of the Fraternal Order of Eagles–Philippines Eagles Inc. held its 7th General Membership Meeting and Induction of New Members (Batch Benevolent) at the Holiday Inn Corniche Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The occasion consisted of two major parts: (1) induction of new members and (2) the 7th General Membership Meeting. Altruism Eagles Club’s President Eagle Rodolfo P. Germono, Jr. delivered his energetic welcome remarks highlighting the true essence of the club’s name, “altruism,” which is the impartial and selfless love and care for the welfare of other people without expecting something in return. Five newly inducted members were welcomed by the regional governor, Eagle Andrew Nathaniel G. Santos, SAEER II, initiating the oath of affiliation, pinning of the Eagles pin, and brotherhood handshake. Amongst its newly inducted members were: (1) Eagle Rolando F. Vinuya, (2) Lady Eagle Nadia M. Vinuya, (3) Eagle Jordan T. Salvador, (4) Eagle Enrique M. Piguing, and (5) Eagle Solaiman C. Mutia.

Eagle Jordan T. Salvador, working as a professor at the College of Nursing, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, delivered the new member acceptance speech highlighting the 105-day membership flow process called the 5Is, namely: Interview (pre-orientation), Introduction (panel of interview), Initiation/Indoctrination, Incubation (attendance with 3 general membership meetings and 3 community services), and Induction (PEIL Orientation and Induction Proper). He also elaborated on the true essence of the fraternal order’s 4 pillars, such as brotherhood, service, unity, and divine power.

Alongside the highlighted induction, invited guest of honor Labor Attaché Hon. Solaiman C. Mufia of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Migrant Workers Office – Eastern Region Operations (MWO-ERO), Saudi Arabia, graced the occasion and provided an insightful message highlighting the importance of community service for the Filipino community. At the same time, Hon. Mufia was inducted and took an oath as an honorary member of the Altruism Eagles Club. Other resource speakers were as follows: (1) Eagle Ben-Arjhey S. Calvin (National Presidential Adviser for Saudi Arabia of TFOE-PE, Inc.); (2) Eagle Michael V. Tavas, SAMBISIG Black Gold Sapatihla Eagles Club; and (3) Eagle Andrew Nathaniel G. Sanots, Regional Governor of Saudi Arabia Eagles Eastern Region II.


The second part of the occasion underscored the club’s standing committee reports: membership and screening; recreation, sports, and fellowship; media affairs, publication, and documentation; community relation and socio-civic; project planning; tribunal and grievance; honor and awards; treasurer’s reports; and Triple D. Moreover, the club discussed future community projects in the Philippines like the Feeding Program, Distribution of School Supplies, and One Chair-One Member Charity for Karangalan Cainta Chapel, as well as reinforcing the SAGIP2 and Alalayang Agila. The five new members took their Oath as official members of the Altruism Eagles Club, receiving their certificates of membership, membership IDs, and a copy of the TFOE – PE, Inc., Constitution 2024 book.
The Altruism Eagles Club was chartered on 03 November 2023 under the Saudi Arabia Eagles Eastern Region II, and with its 47 members, the club will continue to soar higher in providing community services to our Filipino countrymen both in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
