The much-awaited second branch of the Filipino-owned IchiRyu Ramen House is inching closer to its grand opening at Dubai Marina, and fans are already getting a taste of what’s to come.
In a series of photos posted on social media, IchiRyu offered a sneak peek inside the new location—and it’s a feast for the eyes. From a towering 2-meter samurai warrior in full red and gold armor to vibrant Kyoto-themed décor, the new space is designed to transport diners straight to the heart of Japan.
The wood-accented interiors, anime collectibles, Daruma displays, and striking red hallways lined with illustrated samurai characters all contribute to an immersive Japanese dining experience. A dedicated wall showcases popular manga figures and series including One Piece, Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, Dragon Ball Z, and more—making it a haven for anime and pop culture fans.
“Here’s a sneak peek into IchiRyu Marina’s interior. It’s like you are instantly transported to the streets of Kyoto!” the team shared in a recent Facebook post. They also encouraged guests to stay tuned as they prepare to open their doors soon.
The new Marina branch follows the brand’s recent honor as Best Ramen Restaurant UAE 2025, awarded by the World Business Outlook Awards—a prestigious global recognition that reinforces IchiRyu’s reputation for excellence in Japanese cuisine.
While waiting for the Dubai Marina opening, ramen lovers are invited to visit their flagship branch in Wasl Port Views, Jumeirah 1, where IchiRyu first introduced its unique bocchi seki (solo dining) ramen bar concept.
