Dubai expats are abuzz online after a promo code dubbed “Welcome100” surfaced in community food groups, with many claiming it gives new Careem+ subscribers up to AED 100 off their first order.
According to posts circulating in Filipino-dominated forums and food groups, the code appears to be valid only for first-time Careem+ users, while existing subscribers and regular Careem customers do not qualify. Some users reported successful discounts after ordering meals from restaurants popular among Filipinos in Dubai, including Jollibee and other go-to food spots.
Screenshots and testimonials shared across these groups showed delighted customers taking advantage of the offer, with some encouraging fellow kababayans to “try it while it lasts.” Others, however, noted that the promo did not work for their accounts, suggesting that the deal is tightly restricted to new sign-ups.
