An ordinary flight to Bohol turned into an unforgettable moment of love and celebration when a man proposed to his girlfriend mid-air, with the help of AirAsia Philippines.
Onboard a flight to Tagbilaran, 37-year-old Mark Anthony Adviento surprised his girlfriend, 32-year-old Myra Donne Chua, by getting down on one knee in front of their family, friends, and fellow passengers. Their love story, which began in August 2022, blossomed slowly over time. Despite being turned down three times, Mark’s patience and faith never wavered. In December 2024, Myra finally said yes to becoming his girlfriend — a moment Mark described as “an answered prayer.”
