The Pag-IBIG Fund has announced an urgent hiring call for a Member Services Assistant (MSA) to be stationed at the Pag-IBIG Member Services Desk located inside the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is open to local hires who meet the qualifications and requirements outlined in the official hiring advisory released by the agency.
The MSA will play a key role in delivering frontline services and assisting the Member Services Officer in implementing Pag-IBIG Fund’s various programs for overseas Filipino workers. The agency emphasized that applicants must be Filipino citizens currently residing in Riyadh, KSA. Moreover, interested individuals must hold a valid visa that permits them to work for Pag-IBIG Fund, effective from the time of application to the potential hiring. The advisory explicitly disqualifies applicants who are under family visit or tourist visas from applying.
Qualified applicants should ideally be college graduates with at least one year of relevant customer service experience. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Applicants are required to submit an application letter addressed to Atty. Eduardo L. Labo Jr., Acting Department Manager III of the Pag-IBIG Foreign-based Offices Operations Department.
