Four exceptional vocalists from the United Arab Emirates are set to take center stage at the I-Sing World Singing Competition in Toronto, Canada, from August 12 to 15, 2025. The team includes Dr. Rommel Sergio, along with young vocalists Zairah Alexine Ragat, Kirstin Reyes, and Celine Madison Mantondo—each ready to make their mark at one of the world’s most prestigious vocal contests.
Known as the “Olympics of Singing,” I-Sing World gathers top talents from across the globe to compete in diverse vocal categories—from pop and R&B to Broadway and jazz—on an international stage. The 2025 edition will take place at the Xinflix Auditorium in Toronto.
Representing I-Sing World UAE, the delegation is supported by EMS Events and Entertainment Centre FZE, under the guidance of National Director Elipas Sibua. The group embodies not just musical excellence but also the rich cultural diversity of the UAE’s artistic community.
Among the junior singers is 10-year-old Celine Madison Mantondo, who began singing at just three. A familiar face in Dubai’s Filipino community, she wowed audiences with her Broadway numbers and guitar-accompanied songs. Celine was the winner of Safa British School’s Got Talent at age eight and juggles her performances with strong academic achievements and active participation in sports and fashion.
Also competing is 12-year-old Kirstin Reyes, a rising star known for her versatility across music, dance, modeling, and acting. With numerous talent titles under her belt, she has graced fashion events such as We Are One and the International Designer League. Kirstin is preparing not only for I-Sing World 2025 but also for the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in 2026.
Zairah Alexine Ragat, another junior delegate, is no stranger to international stages. At the 2024 WCOPA in Hollywood, she brought home multiple medals, including gold in Gospel and Broadway categories. Zairah recently starred as Princess Jasmine in Aladdin Jr., performed at Kalayaan 2025, and joined the Mercedes-Benz Star Talent Audition lineup—further cementing her reputation as a dynamic performer.
Completing the team is Dr. Rommel Sergio, a well-respected management professor and former graduate studies dean at Canadian University Dubai. His passion for music spans decades—from church choirs to digital streaming platforms. Dr. Sergio recently starred in Kalayaan at Pag-ibig, a musical by Off Broadway UAE, and will also represent the UAE at WCOPA 2026 in the U.S.
