The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has announced a simplified and more efficient process for patients availing of services at the OFW Hospital in Pampanga—answering clamor from overseas Filipino workers and their families for better access and smoother procedures.
In a Facebook post, the DMW wrote, “Narinig namin kayo! Ito na ang kasagutan sa inyong mga kahilingan. Mas pinadali at pinabilis na proseso para sa inyo,” reflecting the agency’s intent to improve service delivery at the dedicated medical facility for OFWs.

The new step-by-step system is designed to guide patients from document preparation all the way to receiving test results. It starts with presenting the required documents, including a request form, checklist or schedule form, and a valid ID. Patients will then proceed to the designated ancillary departments—such as the laboratory, radiology, heart station, or respiratory services—depending on their needs.
A queue number system ensures order in availing procedures or extractions, after which patients simply wait for the results once available.
