UAE envoy hails Philippine Independence Day, praises Filipino community’s role in UAE

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador to the Philippines, H.E. Mohamed Alqtaam Alzaabi, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Filipino people on the celebration of the 127th Philippine Independence Day, describing the occasion as “an enduring symbol of the nation’s courage, resilience, and unwavering pursuit of peace and prosperity.”

In a message posted by the UAE Embassy in Manila, Ambassador Alzaabi emphasized the deep-rooted friendship and strong bilateral relations between the UAE and the Philippines, acknowledging the valuable role of Filipinos in enriching the social and economic fabric of the UAE.

He reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to further strengthen cooperation with the Philippines, noting their shared values, mutual respect, and common aspirations for the future. “Our commitment to building an even more robust partnership remains steadfast,” the ambassador noted, expressing confidence that greater achievements lie ahead.

The ambassador also paid tribute to the Filipino community in the UAE, commending their contributions and spirit of excellence. “Your presence and contributions are a testament to the spirit of excellence that define the Filipino people,” he said.

He concluded his message with a warm greeting: “Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!”
