Filipino real estate broker Aquino Plotado has secured an exclusive AED 1-billion (approximately PHP 15 billion) beachfront development project in Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, in strategic collaboration with Francesco Ferretti, Managing Director of fäm Properties as an Exclusive Project with fäm Properties.
The landmark project—located near the site of what will be the UAE’s first-ever casino—marks a significant milestone in Plotado’s growing career as a real estate professional and entrepreneur in the region. This exclusive tie-up with fäm Properties, Plotado’s former firm, highlights a powerful blend of business acumen, loyalty, and long-term vision.
Now an independent agent based in Ras Al Khaimah, Plotado has become a well-respected expert in the Northern Emirates’ real estate market. His track record includes the sale of an AED 17-million penthouse in the prestigious Danah Bay development by Dubai Investments, as well as multiple apartment units on Marjan Island and land sales in Umm Al Quwain.
