The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has issued a public advisory encouraging all interested jobseekers to pre-register for the upcoming Austria Job Fair, set to take place on May 27, 2025, at the 3rd Floor of Robinsons Galleria. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
To join the job fair, applicants must register online through the official portal: https://jobfairportal.dmw.gov.ph. Those with existing eRegistration accounts can simply log in, while new users must create an account and fill out essential personal and professional information.
Once registered, applicants must generate their QR code by clicking the “Pre-Register” button under the Job Fair Details section. This QR code will serve as their digital pass to enter the job fair area and must be shown at the registration booth on-site.
The DMW emphasized that only pre-registered participants with QR codes will be given priority access. Walk-in applicants will be accommodated only after those who registered online have completed the application process.
Each jobseeker will be allotted a 20-minute window inside the job fair area to submit their resume or CV to participating employers. For those unable to interact directly with employers, resume dropboxes will be available on-site.
To ensure smooth participation, the DMW also reminded attendees to save a copy of their QR code and to scan it before exiting the venue to complete the process.
