Tragedy struck in Pasig City after a 15-year-old boy lost his life in a heartbreaking accident involving his own father.
Based on the report from State of the Nation, the father, who works as a dump truck driver, was unaware that his son — who also served as his helper — was behind the vehicle. He only realized something was wrong when he felt the rear wheels hit an object.
When he stepped out to check, he discovered his son lying on the ground, severely injured and covered in blood.
Authorities have taken the father into custody while the investigation continues.
