Fans voice mixed reactions after Bini concert in Dubai due to lack of screens

The BINI concert in Dubai, part of their BINIverse World Tour 2025, has received mixed reactions from fans who attended the event at Coca-Cola Arena. While many praised the group’s talent and energy, the absence of large screens left several fans disappointed.

Filipino social media influencer Boy Dubai shared a detailed and heartfelt feedback letter to the concert organizers, expressing his gratitude for his daughter’s memorable experience but raising concerns about the lack of large screens. “We bought seats in the Gold section… but without screens, many… missed out on the facial expressions and emotional connection that make a concert very memorable,” Boy Dubai wrote.

He further noted that the absence of large screens was unusual for an event of this scale and questioned if it was an intentional decision. His sentiment resonated with other attendees, with some echoing similar concerns in the comments.

“As we exited, a lot in the crowd were sharing the same sentiments,” Boy Dubai commented. “I saw many people didn’t enjoy the show, not because of the artist, but because of the lack of screen.”

Other concertgoers shared their thoughts on the post, with some explaining how their children struggled to see the stage due to the absence of large screens. Juvelyn Barquin, another attendee, commented, “Same here, nasa Gold section din kami and expected namin may LED screens.” Another fan, Virginia Marie, mentioned that her 6-year-old daughter had to use a phone to zoom in and see the performers.

Esmenio Mamorno, who works part-time at the Coca-Cola Arena, suggested that the decision could have been a cost-cutting measure. “If Filipino artist ang may concert, usually ganyan to cut cost,” he commented.

Boy Dubai’s post sparked a broader discussion about concert production standards, with some suggesting that live events of this scale should ensure visibility for all audience members.

Despite these concerns, Boy Dubai clarified that his praise for BINI remained unchanged, emphasizing that the group delivered a world-class performance. “Truly world-class talents!” he declared.
