BurJuman Mall has introduced a new Smart Parking system designed to make visits smoother by eliminating the need for paper tickets and streamlining the parking experience.
Now live across all parking areas, the ticketless paid parking system is powered by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology. This allows for a fully paperless and touch-free entry and exit, reducing congestion and helping shoppers find spots faster.
Shoppers can enjoy complimentary parking for the first three hours, with VOX Cinema guests getting an extra three hours upon validation. Parking remains free on Sundays and public holidays. Payment options include cash and card at designated kiosks, while exit lanes accept card payments only.
To further ease navigation, improved signage and dedicated spots for families and People of Determination have also been added.
This move is part of BurJuman Mall’s broader initiative to modernize customer experiences and aligns with Dubai’s vision for smart infrastructure.
