A landlord in Dubai has officially reached his boiling point after continuously reminding his tenants about refrigerator etiquette, compelling him to issue a “polite reminder.”
Nathan Tabada, an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker), shared the situation in his flat via a community group post.
The landlord’s notice simply reads, “A polite reminder to everyone. Do not steal the food that is not yours, especially if it’s inside the fridge. Respect your co-flatmates.”

“Naalala ko noon sa Dubai bedspace lalo visa visit kasama namin sa room budget ko for one 2 days ubos…. anyway pagkain lang naman yon. Pero mas mabuti pa rin bumili ng pagkain sa sarili nating pawis,” shared one user, recalling a time when their food budget for two days just disappeared.
