ACT-CIS emerged as the top choice in the latest party-list survey conducted by OCTA Research for the upcoming election in the Philippines, garnering 8.70% support from voters.
According to OCTA’s findings released on Monday, ACT-CIS is followed by Tingog (5.77%), 4Ps (5.40%), Ako Bicol (4.20%), Senior Citizens (3.70%), and Galing sa Puso or GP (3.14%).
Rounding out the party-lists that are on track to gain at least one guaranteed congressional seat are Duterte Youth (2.87%), Tupad (2.36%), Malasakit@Bayanihan (2.33%), Ang Probinsyano (2.12%), and FPJ Panday Bayanihan (2.03%).
“ACT-CIS party-list with 8.70% votes, Tingog party-list with 5.77%, 4Ps party-list with 5.40%, and Ako Bicol party-list with 4.20% is poised to obtain three congressional seats by securing one guaranteed seat in the first round and earning two additional seats in the second round,” OCTA stated.
Meanwhile, those ranked 5th to 11th in the survey are projected to earn two seats—one guaranteed in the first round and another in the second.
The face-to-face survey was conducted from March 18 to 24 among 1,200 respondents aged 18 and above. It has a ±3% margin of error and a 95% confidence level. OCTA clarified that the study was non-commissioned.
