Award-winning IchiRyu Ramen House expands menu with exciting new dishes this March

IchiRyu Ramen House, named as the Best Ramen Restaurant (Country Level) in the 2024 Arabian Best of the Best Awards, will be launching new dishes in its menu starting March 1, 2025.

First addition to its menu is the angus salad. This sarada is served with lettuce, carrots, avocado, corn, sesame seeds and generous portions of angus beef. To make it tastier, it is topped with teriyaki sauce – a perfect mixture of sweet and salty flavor.

Lovers of maki will definitely enjoy the ebi maki. It is a combination of crab sticks, vegetables, fried shrimp wrapped in Japanese rice and avocado. It also comes with fish roe and mayo.

To add to its variety of donburi or rice toppings, IchiRyu presents the ebi furai tamago don. It consists of Japanese rice served with fried shrimp and egg. For more texture, it is topped with onions, red ginger, and nori flakes.

Two well-loved menu items will also be getting an upgrade starting March 1. The beef maki now comes with more angus beef and the yasai or veggie ramen is made more delicious with the addition of more vegetables.

IchiRyu Ramen House, the first to introduce the bocchi seki or solo dining section to the UAE, is located at Wasl Port Views Building 7, Al Mina Road, Jumeirah 1. In a previous announcement, by the second half of the year, it will be opening its second branch in Dubai Marina.
