In the spirit of Ramadan, Being Human Clothing has launched a donation drive encouraging the community to give gently used clothes a second life. The campaign, running at their stores in City Centre Deira and City Centre Sharjah, aims to collect pre-loved garments to support people in need while helping reduce fashion waste.
For every kilogram of donated clothing, participants will receive an AED 25 voucher redeemable at any Being Human Clothing store across the UAE. As an added incentive, the top three donors will each receive a cap signed by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
Last year, the initiative gathered 360 kilograms of clothes, which were distributed to labor communities in partnership with the Feed a Labour Organization. This year, organizers hope to exceed that amount, with the community’s help.
“Ramadan is a time of reflection and giving,” said Bipin Mulani, Director of Top Brands LLC, the master franchisee of Being Human Clothing. “By donating clothes, you’re not only reducing waste but also providing dignity and comfort to someone in need. This initiative is a reminder that small acts of kindness can create a big impact.”
Donations can be dropped off at the Being Human stores in City Centre Deira and City Centre Sharjah throughout Ramadan.
