The news was confirmed in a press statement released by the event’s organizers on Thursday.
According to the statement, Khan has exciting plans for his newfound wealth. He intends to use the substantial cash prize to clear off his debts and embark on a journey to start his own business venture.
His win has brought jubilation among his friends, as he has been participating in the Big Ticket draws alongside a group of buddies since 2015. Interestingly, Khan has decided to share the wealth with his friends, with the prize money being distributed among 15 individuals in the group.
When asked about his secret to success in the raffle, Khan revealed that he usually selects the ticket numbers randomly.
However, this time, his winning strategy took a different turn. Purchasing the tickets on his birthday, he devoted time and effort into carefully selecting the numbers he believed would bring him luck, and his intuition proved right.
Despite winning the staggering prize, Khan is not ready to halt his participation in the Big Ticket draws. In fact, he expressed his determination to continue purchasing tickets, holding onto the hope that lightning may strike twice.
