For many Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain, one of the greatest sacrifices is being away from their children. Parents work tirelessly, often missing important milestones such as birthdays and graduations, to secure a better future for their families.
To ease this burden, Global Filipino School is offering a special scholarship program, providing up to 100% tuition coverage for Filipino students in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, and Qatar. This initiative aims to help OFWs reunite with their children without the financial strain of international school fees.
Scholarship Details and Eligibility
Application Deadline: June 30, 2025
Classes Start: August 4, 2025
Scholarships are available for students from Nursery to Grade 12, with additional discounts for academically excellent students and families with multiple children enrolled.
Scholarship Coverage Based on Parents’ Combined Monthly Salary:
100% Tuition Coverage: Families earning 2,000 AED/QAR/BHD or below
75% Scholarship: Families earning between 2,001 – 2,500 AED/QAR/BHD
50% Scholarship: Families earning between 2,501 – 3,000 AED/QAR/BHD
25% Scholarship: Families earning between 3,001 – 3,500 AED/QAR/BHD
Each grade level is limited to four scholarship slots, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important Notes
The scholarship covers tuition fees only. Parents must still provide for books, notebooks, uniforms, and other school-related expenses.
Events such as graduation, intramurals, Christmas parties, field trips, and gala nights are not included.

Scholarship Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents:
Proof of parents’ combined salary (Payslip, Employment Certificate, or Bank Statement)
Valid passport and visa copies for both parent and child
Proof of good academic standing for scholarship renewal
Commitment to participate in at least one school event per year
Compliance with school rules and display of good moral character
