Taylor Swift has shown immense gratitude to her team by distributing $197 million in bonuses to employees and contractors who contributed to the success of her record-breaking Eras Tour, according to a source familiar with the matter.
The bonuses, which make up 9.4% of the tour’s $2.1 billion earnings, were given to a wide range of staff, including truck drivers, caterers, dancers, security personnel, and production crews, among others, People Magazine reported. Over the past two years, these individuals played a vital role in delivering the monumental tour, which sold 10.1 million tickets.
“This tour has been the adventure of a lifetime,” Swift told fans during her final show in Vancouver, Canada. She praised her crew for their dedication, often performing and working despite personal challenges.
This isn’t the first time Swift has generously recognized her team. In August 2023, she gave $100,000 bonuses and handwritten letters to truck drivers who moved her production across the U.S.
