The renowned Judge Frank Caprio, known globally for his compassionate approach to justice, is set to grace the Emirate of Sharjah as the keynote speaker at the opening of the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF) 2023, happening on September 13 and 14.

The former Chief Judge of the Municipal Court of Providence, hailed as the “Nicest Judge in the World,” is expected to share his wealth of experience and insights garnered over a prominent career that saw him pioneering a humanistic approach to the judiciary process.

Caprio’s presence adds a star touch to the prestigious event, given his reputation for rulings characterized by understanding, respect, and empathy.

Caprio rose to global fame through the television show “Caught in Providence,” which aired live recordings of his court proceedings, drawing billions of viewers since its inception in 1987.

The 86-year-old judge’s kind-hearted approach towards judicature has earned him a following in the billions, with many viewing him as a beacon of compassion and humanity in the often stern world of justice.

Through his career, he has consistently emphasized the importance of treating people before him with “respect, compassion, and understanding.”

In addition to delivering the keynote speech at the IGCF 2023, Caprio will be honored at the Sharjah Government Communication Award ceremony on September 14.
