Abu Dhabi police have successfully arrested two men in possession of five kilograms of cocaine.
The police acted swiftly on corroborated intelligence, apprehending individuals belonging to an active international gang aimed at promoting narcotics and fostering negative influences within the Middle Eastern societies.
The two arrested men hail from different backgrounds, with one of Latino descent and the other of Arab origin.

Speaking about the operation, Major Tahir Gharib Al-Zahri, the Director of the Anti-Drugs Directorate at the Criminal Security Sector of Abu Dhabi Police, detailed the meticulous planning that enabled this successful mission.
