Popular Filipino content creators Viy Cortez and Lincoln Velasquez, known as Cong TV, have shared the exciting news that they are expecting a baby girl. The announcement was made during a grand gender reveal party in Tagaytay, where close friends and family gathered to celebrate.
During the event, pink smoke and confetti filled the air, signaling the arrival of a girl. Both Viy and Cong wore matching all-white outfits, creating a dreamy atmosphere for the celebration. Expressing her joy, Viy said, “May isang Cong and may isang Viy na,” indicating her happiness over the addition of a daughter.
Viy had sensed that their new baby would be a girl, although the confirmation brought her to tears. Meanwhile, Cong admitted he initially thought they’d have another boy, but he was thrilled at the thought of their son, Zeus Emmanuel “Kidlat” Velasquez, soon having a sibling to grow up with. “Especially kay Kidlat, magkakaroon na siya ng habang buhay na kalaro,” he added.
The couple had earlier shared news of their second pregnancy in a vlog posted on Viy’s YouTube channel. They recently tied the knot on June 17 at L’Annunziata Parish in Muntinlupa City. The pair’s popularity on YouTube continues to soar, with Viy and Cong amassing 6.84 million and 12 million subscribers, respectively.
