Kapamilya star Kathryn Bernardo, widely recognized as the “Box-office Queen,” shared her readiness to enter a new relationship a year after her split with long-time partner Daniel Padilla. During an interview on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” on October 28, Bernardo expressed her openness to love again, saying with enthusiasm, “Yes! I’m ready—since yesterday!”
Appearing on the GMA 7 show to promote her upcoming film with Alden Richards, Hello, Love, Again, directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, Bernardo also spoke candidly about her past relationship with Padilla, which spanned 11 years. Reflecting on their time together, she revealed that it was a period filled with personal growth and self-discovery.
“I don’t know if I’m the right person to ask, because I’ve only been into one relationship that lasted for 11 years,” she remarked. “I’ve learned so much from my past relationship… about growth, being unselfish, gratitude, dreams, and all.”
Bernardo shared how this relationship shaped her, helping her mature and understand more about herself. She acknowledged that even after the breakup, there were valuable lessons gained, saying, “I’m still a work in progress, but I don’t think I fully understand love yet.”
When asked about her strength following the separation, Bernardo admitted she surprised even herself with how well she managed. “It tested my faith so much, and I felt very guided through it all,” she shared. Despite the challenges, she holds no regrets, cherishing the experiences and memories from those years, which she feels played a major role in her growth.
As for the future, viewers are left to wonder if sparks could fly between Kathryn and Alden, both on and off the screen. For now, fans eagerly await Hello, Love, Again, which will begin regular screenings across UAE cinemas on November 21, 2024.

TFC Middle East has already announced that the six special screenings for Hello, Love, Again in Dubai are completely sold out, underscoring the high anticipation surrounding the film and this new on-screen pairing.
