Saudi: Police arrest six expatriates over public fight, launch search for individual who filmed video

Riyadh police recently detained six expatriates, all Pakistani nationals, involved in a public altercation over a personal dispute, marking the latest in a series of similar incidents across the kingdom.

A video clip surfaced online, showing the group engaging in a fight, prompting authorities to take swift action.

After undergoing necessary legal procedures, the suspects were referred to public prosecution. Authorities have also launched a search for the individual who filmed and shared the footage, which they say violates Saudi Arabia’s anti-cybercrime laws.

The incident follows a pattern of recent arrests related to public violence and disruptive behavior across the country.
