The seven-day countdown begins today as Global Village, Dubai’s popular multicultural family destination, prepares to welcome visitors for its 29th season on Wednesday, October 16, at 6:00 PM. Known for its diverse entertainment, dining, shopping, and attractions, Global Village has been a key part of Dubai’s attractions for over 25 years.
The new season promises an exhilarating experience, kicking off with an exciting opening ceremony that includes surprises for the public. Tickets for Global Village will be available for purchase via its official website, mobile app, and at the gates starting on the opening day.
Season 29 introduces 30 pavilions, including three new additions, bringing the total number of shopping outlets to over 3,500. Food enthusiasts can indulge in over 250 global cuisines, with new dining options at the all-new Restaurant Plaza, the double-story street kiosks of Fiesta Street, and the reimagined Railway and Floating Markets, offering unique treats and traditional bites.
Carnaval®, the funfair area, has expanded its offerings with over 200 rides and games, featuring new adventure and space-themed experiences, along with fear-based attractions. A brand-new stunt show and more than 40,000 entertainment performances are scheduled for the Main Stage, Kids’ Theatre, and across the venue.
Global Village will be open from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Sunday to Wednesday, and until 1:00 AM on weekends and public holidays. Opening day will begin at 6:00 PM.
