Umm Al Quwain police have increased night patrols across the emirate to enhance public safety, as announced on Friday. The patrols aim to monitor residential neighborhoods, expatriate worker gathering areas, worker accommodations, and industrial zones.
In a video shared on X, the General Command of Umm Al Quwain Police showcased patrol vehicles driving through the streets at night.
This move follows a previous incident in March where several vehicles were confiscated after reckless street racing endangered lives. The police continue to urge drivers to follow traffic laws and avoid dangerous behavior to prevent accidents.
