The Home Development Mutual Fund, popularly known as Pag-IBIG Fund, has issued an important advisory to all Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) regarding changes in their contribution and payment process. As of today, September 26, 2024, iRemit Inc. will no longer process Pag-IBIG contributions and payments for OFWs. This update was shared through Pag-IBIG Fund’s official Facebook page to inform its members abroad.
In light of this development, Pag-IBIG encourages OFW members to utilize alternative methods for making their contributions. These methods include Virtual Pag-IBIG, partner banks, and other authorized collection agencies.
The advisory provided a list of accredited collection partners that OFWs can use for their remittances:
