The Christian Voices Chorale will hold its very first concert inside the main church at St. Mary’s Dubai Parish at Oud Metha, the choir’s home for two decades in celebration of its 20th anniversary.
The event, eagerly awaited by the choir and its supporters, is a lifelong dream and aspiration come true. Edgar Owell Lavarez, External Committee Head, expressed the significance of this occasion, saying, “This event marks a significant milestone for us as it will be our inaugural concert held in the sanctuary of our home parish after 20 years of service. It is our humble expression of gratitude to the Lord for His countless blessings throughout the years.”
Titled as “Cantare Ad Serviendum,” which translates to “To sing to serve,” reflecting the choir’s mission and dedication, is part of the concert series that was earlier held last year with successful performances in Abu Dhabi, Jebel Ali, and Ras Al Khaimah.
The choir invites everyone to join them in this momentous event to celebrate and glorify God through music. “We invite all of you to share this momentous event with us, to celebrate and glorify God by singing praises through our songs,” said Lavarez.
