On Wednesday, June 12, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest building in the world, will light up in the colors of the Philippine flag to celebrate the 126th Philippine Independence Day.
According to an a social media post by Filipino Social Club – Dubai, the display will be showcased on the tower’s façade at 7:50 PM.
Since 2019, this annual tradition has honored the large Filipino community in the UAE and around the world by featuring the Philippine flag on the Burj Khalifa.
