The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) for Dubai and Northern Emirates has announced the availability of an online form for contract verification. The form can be accessed immediately and will automatically close either once the limit is reached or at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 13, 2024, whichever comes first.
Applicants will receive an email detailing the outcome of their application by 11:59 PM on Thursday, June 13, 2024. There is no need for follow-up as the results will be communicated via email. The exact date for the release of approved and verified contracts will be announced in the third week of June.
OFWs who wish to avail themselves of contract verification but were unable to submit the form online may try again with a new form to be published next Monday or explore other methods for contract verification available through the MWO.
Important points to note include:
- All OFWs with a valid employment visa issued by any Emirate within the MWO Dubai jurisdiction are eligible to apply. A confirmed flight schedule is not required.
- Multiple applications by the same person will result in disapproval. Each person should submit only one application.
- Submitting an application online does not guarantee approval, as documents will still undergo review and evaluation. Applicants will receive an email notification with the evaluation result.
- Approved contracts must be claimed within one month from the email notification date, or they will be discarded.
