Jerwin Panganiban Ebora, a 34-year-old Filipino based in Dubai, has been named the Executive Leader of the Year 2024 at the Leaders in Hospitality Award Ceremony hosted by Hotel & Catering News Middle East. This recognition highlights his remarkable achievements in the hospitality industry, where he currently serves as the Head of Hotel Performance and Quality Manager at Ishraq Hospitality.
Jerwin has been abroad for 14 years and oversees eight properties under the IHG Hotels and Resorts brand. His dedication and innovative approach in managing diverse teams and enhancing operational standards have significantly contributed to his success.
