Zayed International Airport (AUH) has been recognized as the “Best Airport at Arrivals Globally” at the 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards by Airports Council International (ACI) World. This marks the third consecutive year that the Abu Dhabi-based airport has received the prestigious honor, reaffirming its status as a leading global aviation hub.
Handling nearly 29 million passengers in 2024, Zayed International Airport continues to prioritize a seamless and efficient arrival experience with state-of-the-art facilities and enhanced operational capacity. The airport’s commitment to passenger comfort, streamlined processing, and world-class amenities has been a key factor in its continued recognition.

The ASQ Awards are based on direct passenger feedback, with over 700,000 surveys conducted in 2024 across ASQ-rated airports worldwide. ACI World Director General Justin Erbacci commended AUH, emphasizing that its commitment to service excellence has set a high standard for airports globally.
