Dubai-based Filipina ballet dancer Daniella Alessandra P. Daniel, a student of The Philippine School (TPS) in Al Muhaisnah 2, Dubai, added another string of achievements to her growing list — this time outside the ballet stage.
From October 31 to November 2, 2025, Daniella joined three Halloween costume competitions held at major Dubai malls and bagged consecutive awards in each event. She won 3rd place at BurJuman Mall for her Red Angel look, 2nd place at B1 Mall in Al Barsha for her White/Silver Angel costume, and 1st place at Wafi City Mall for her Golden Angel ensemble.

Many mallgoers congratulated the young ballerina, with several stopping to take photos with her. In one touching moment, a fellow participant even asked Daniella to wish her luck in finding true love — a lighthearted gesture that made the event more memorable for the young dancer.
True to this year’s theme of family-friendly and sustainable costume design, Daniella creatively repurposed one of her old ballet costumes and paired it with her TPS DLC shoes to complete her winning looks. She also expressed appreciation for her fellow TPSians who joined the same events, noting the joy of celebrating creativity together as a school community.

In her personal note, Daniella dedicated this “little adventure,” which she fondly called “My Own Mall Tour (Multour 👻),” to her late grandfather Tatay Ben, whose birthday falls on November 1. She also extended her gratitude to her “Glam Team” — Tita Marsha, Ina, and Ama — and to Tita Jean, whom she described as her “number one fan and teacher.”
“All glory to God Almighty,” she shared, thanking her family, friends, and supporters for making her latest journey “fun, memorable, and full of love.”
