Young artists in the UAE are being called to display their creative talents in an upcoming group exhibition titled “Protagonist,” set to take place on October 27, 2024, at Café Rider Custom in Al Quoz, Dubai. The event will run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is designed for young artists aged 6 to 12 years old, encouraging them to explore the theme of “Protagonist” by portraying a central character in their artwork.
Participants are invited to submit pieces that represent either real-life heroes or fictional characters who have made an impact on their lives. The medium of choice includes traditional forms such as acrylic, oil, watercolor, or mixed media, with the exclusion of digital art, photography, and AI-generated work.
Artwork sizes must range between 50×50 cm and 60×60 cm, with each artist allowed to submit up to two pieces. Submissions will be carefully reviewed, with a focus on creativity, alignment with the theme, and overall quality.
Accepted entries will be announced on October 22, 2024, through social media and email. Pre-registration is mandatory for those interested in participating, with all submissions required to follow specific content guidelines that avoid religious, political, or derogatory themes.
