Women jobseekers can meet overseas employers at free DMW job fair this Friday in Quezon City

The Department of Migrant Workers is hosting a Mega Overseas Job Fair aimed at women jobseekers on March 13, 2026, at Level 2 of Robinsons Galleria along Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City. The event, scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., is being held in observance of National Women’s Month under the theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!” and the campaign hashtag #WEcanbeEquALL.

Licensed recruitment agencies will be on-site, giving attendees direct access to overseas employment opportunities. Jobseekers are advised that time inside the job fair area is limited to 20 minutes, during which they may submit their résumés or curriculum vitae directly to participating agencies. Drop boxes from select agencies are also available for those who prefer to leave their documents without engaging booths individually.

Pre-registration is required and must be completed through the DMW’s official job fair portal at jobfairportal.dmw.gov.ph. Applicants with an existing eRegistration account may log in using their credentials, while first-time users will need to create an account by providing their full name, gender, address, contact number, educational background, work experience, and preferred job category, along with consent to the DMW Data Privacy Notice. Those who have previously generated a Job Fair Pass can retrieve it by entering their registered email address and birth date.

Upon completing pre-registration, the portal generates a QR code that serves as the official job fair pass. Attendees are advised to take a screenshot of the QR code before the event. The pass must be presented at the registration booth upon entry and scanned again at the terminal scanner before exiting the job fair area. Once pre-registration slots are full, the portal will display a “Pre-Registration is Full” prompt and no further passes can be generated.

The event is supported by the Philippine Commission on Women and is co-presented with Robinsons Malls’ Lingkod Pinoy Center and the local government of Quezon City.
