The Bia Warrior Challenge, UAE’s premier all-female obstacle event, is making a comeback on August 31 and September 1 at Gravity Calisthenics Gym in Dubai. Organized in association with Dubai Sports Council, the event offers women a chance to test their physical and mental endurance in an empowering environment.
This year’s challenge promises to be bigger and better, featuring new obstacle courses designed to push participants of all skill levels to their limits. For the first time, the event will also offer cash prizes totaling AED 6,000, alongside rewards such as AED 12,000 from Under Armour, a one-night stay at JA The Resort, and various fitness-related experiences.
The competition will unfold in three stages: a qualifier round, semi-finals, and finals. Registration is open exclusively to women, with fees set at AED 150 for individuals and AED 350 for teams.
Samia Kallidis, Co-Founder of Bia Warrior, highlighted the event as more than just a fitness challenge, calling it a “celebration of strength, resilience, and sisterhood.” She expressed excitement about building on the success of the debut edition, which attracted nearly 50 participants and a strong community of supporters.
Since its inception in June 2023, the Bia Warrior Challenge has become a key event for women in the UAE, offering opportunities for physical and mental growth while fostering a sense of community. The event features a variety of obstacles, including ninja and parkour elements, as well as strength-based tests that encourage teamwork.
