Woman offers AED 5,500 reward to anyone who helps her find true love

Tired of unpredictable dating apps and mismatched connections, a 29-year-old woman in Singapore is offering a S$2,000 (US$1,500) reward to anyone who successfully introduces her to a life partner.

Bella Dai, the founder of a wellness business, launched the unusual offer on Instagram as part of her personal quest for love. But the reward isn’t instant—the match must lead to a committed relationship that lasts at least six months.

“I’m treating this like a project,” Dai shared. “If I was a product, how would I get people to know I’m available?”

To qualify, her ideal partner needs to be a straight man between 25 and 42 years old, living in Singapore, skilled in his field, into fitness and wellness, and open to spiritual growth.

Dai said the idea came after realizing how much effort people put into their careers, while often leaving their love lives to chance. She hopes involving friends and connections will help filter out incompatible matches—something she finds lacking on dating apps.

“I’m part of the wellness and yoga space, so I’m looking for someone open-minded who gets that,” she added.

So far, Dai has received a handful of referrals and has gone on several dates through the bounty. Whether it leads to something serious remains to be seen—but for her, the goal is clear: make her search for love as intentional as the rest of her life.
